Turn 90 degrees to the left, sliding the left leg forward.
Move into left front stance (wen ap kubi) with right single knife hand high block (oreun han sonnal eolgool makki).
Note: This front stance and knife hand block should be slightly exaggerated by twisting the body. Turn the right shoulder forward, without leaning the whole upper-body forward. Caution should be exercised, as many tend to extend the block too far to the side. This also applies to Movement 11.
