Turn 90 degrees to the left by shifting the left leg and pivoting on the right.
Move into ready stance (pyeonhi sogi) with arms crossed at the wrists. Breathe out as the arms slowly come down to perform two-side low block (arae hechyo makki).
Note: Initially, the arms should be held either at face-height or above the head; however, the eyes should never be covered while performing this breathing technique. Stand on the ball of the feet at all times, until the moment the two-side low block is completed; the completion of the block and lowering of the heels should be done at the same time.
