Turn 90 degrees to the left by shifting the left leg.
Move into left front stance (wen ap kubi) with right inward knife hand neck strike & left knife hand high block (oreun jebipoom mok chigi).
Note: Executing jebipoom mok chigi may be a little tricky. This technique is executed in a front stance. The arm on the opposite side of the front leg of the stance (right in this case) performs the knife hand strike technique to the neck, while the other arm executes the knife hand high block. The neck strike determines the "side" of the technique. The body should have a twist by the hip.
