Turn 180 degrees to the right by shifting the right leg and pivoting on the left.

Move into right short stance (oreun ap sogi) with left inward middle block (wen momtong an makki).

Note: It is a common mistake to perform this movement (14) and the previous one (13) quickly together, as if they consist of one movement. Each should be performed as distinctly separate movements.
