Note: After the two-side forearm block, extend arms and fingers forward as if to reach for someone's shoulders. Grab this person's shoulders and pull them down to the knee, which should be striking upward. This also applies to Movement 18A.
Skip forward and move into right cross stance (oreun koa sogi) with two-side push-away punch (doo joomeok momtong jeochyo jireugi).
Note: The target for this push-away punch is the ribs. Caution should be exercised, as many tend to strike either too low or too high.
