Slide left foot to make forward cross stance (ap koa sogi). Then slide right foot to move into left front stance (wen ap kubi) with right mountain block (wen santul makki).
Note:
Turn toward right before starting this movement. While sliding the left foot over to cross the right foot, look straight forward while crossing the arms in front of the chest with left arm on the outside. When ready, turn the head and look toward right.
