Step forward with the left leg into left front stance (wen ap kubi) with double scissors blocks (gawi makki) in succession.
Note: A scissors block is consisted of an outside middle block and a low block. At the end of this block, sides of the arm performing the low block and the stance must always match. In this case, the first scissors block should be left outside middle block and right low block; while the second will be consisted of right outside middle block and left low block. This also applies to the next movement.
